FOR YOU: 3 AB WORKOUTS

Sun. Check. Sand. Check. Mojito. Double Check. Bikini Body Abs. HMPH. Come again?

Before you head away for holiday here are 3 ab workouts that you can do from the comfort of your living room floor today. It'll take you less that 15 minutes each morning. Too small you say? Have you seen what a mustard seed grows into?

Here we Go! 

LOVE

AB WORKOUT #1: BICYCLE CRUNCHES.
TARGET: OBLIQUES
1. Start lying down on floor.
2. With hands behind your head, crunch your head forward drawing opposite knee to opposite elbow.
3. Repeat 8 times.

AB WORKOUT #2: LEG LIFTS.
TARGET: NAUGHTY LOWER ABS.
1. Start lying down on floor.
2. With hands placed besides your body pressing down into the floor, raise your legs. Lift your legs straight upward in small movements. *Avoid rocking, its a no no for your back.
3. Repeat 8 times.

AB WORKOUT #3: CRUNCHES
TARGET: COMPLETE ABS
1. Start laying down on floor.
2. With heads behind your head draw in legs to lay down flat on floor and crunch forward towards thigh and back down.
3. Repeat 8 times.

My favorite Ab Workout? None! Ha. I am kidding. Sort of. I am with many of you on this one. My favorite thing about Ab workouts? The Results. Keeping my body goals in my mind gives me the energy and incentive to do these routines every day. If you need a cheerleader. I am here for you! Rooting you on!
