YOUTUBE: WHAT I EAT IN A DAY
I eat light in the mornings. And I can't think of a more refreshing way to start my mornings than with super bright and yummy juice smoothies. I love mangos and pineapples and kiwi and peaches but preparing a fruit salad first thing in the morning can be a lot of work! So I opt for throwing everything yummy into my NINJA. I love that I can have a quick breakfast thats satisfying yet light enough before my morning workout. I also like that I can add all those good stuff that aren't so yummy tasting, like wheat grass and spirulina, into my NINJA without even tasting it! So I get healthy and tasty all in one glass.
