3 Ways To Eat Your Way into Shape | Healthy

My Babes, So that "diet" that was suppossed to start last Monday but then my sister made pasta so then it got moved to Wednesday but Hilary lost so I ate all my tears - about 100 pounds worth ๐Ÿ‘€ - and then 100% absolutely was going to start on Saturday but then my girls threw an Absolutely Fabolous: The Movie champagne and cheese party and ... and so here I am.ย  I love to EAT. I havent met a french fry that hasnt been my soul mate or a piece of chocolate without my name on it so I still yet have to meet a diet that I like. So what do I do when those Hilary pounds dont disappear as quickly as they appeared? Here are my three Go Tos to Eat yourself back into shape: 1. PORTION ITย  So since I dont "diet" I try to consistently eat smart. Eating smart = filling up your plate with stuff that will give you the energy and nutrients your body needs. Because the truth is FOOD IS GOOD and it isnt the Enemy. Like anything in life, you just gotta know how to use it. So for breakfast go green. I had this smoothie bowl (ingredients below) and the base was avocado which is good for you everyone says ! ย So if everyone says it I'm just believing it ๐Ÿ˜›. For lunch , I dont even see my plate its just a sea of green. Mixed green salad stuffed with grilled veggies, a palm sized amount of quinoa or some other source of protein, fresh fruit (mango is my fav fruit as well as berries for salads). For dinner a nice grilled fish with a mountain of greens. The only thing I'm portioning is anything thats not green. Or if you want to hear about those days filled with Chrissy Tiegen's tuna fish cheese melt sandwich ... I am game.ย  2. HEAVIEST MEAL DURING THE DAY Makes sense no? You are the most active during the day and so your body is working through all the food you're eating. At night its like you, getting ready to recharge and relax therefore its not actively working through everything as much as it is during the day. I mean but whatever if you're like me and its after dark I am snacking and I am eating (but eating smart) I mean like right now I am waiting to devour that Snickers bar that I just bought at Duane Reade thats tucked nicely away in my handbag .. uh huh .... ย and it wasn't my fault it had my name on it.ย  ย  3. MEMORIZE EVERY PUBLIC BATHROOM WITHIN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS Why? Because you are going to have to pee pee. Like all the time. Yesssss lets go there ! I can't express how as important as what , how and when you are eating is what , how and when you are drinking. WATER IS LIFE and really the key to reaching your healthy and happy weight. On good days I am drinking about 3 Liters of water. So yes that means everyone in Bloomingdales on 60th thinks I have a shopping issue but the truth is I am on floor 7 ๐Ÿ˜‚ ย  I hope you've found this helpful my babes.
